The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:              
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 405                                                            
An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Examiners               
in Optometry; and providing for an effective date.                             
                                                                               
HB 405 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                
Finance Committee.
